Request the Purchase of an Item for UNLV Libraries

Recommendations will be forwarded to a liaison librarian for review and purchase consideration, but the library cannot guarantee the purchase of every item requested. Materials that support the research and teaching programs of the university are given first priority. Please suggest one purchase per form submission.

Assuming an item has been selected for purchase, ordering, shipping and processing can still take several weeks.  If you need the item in a shorter timeframe please use our InterLibrary Loan services to borrow from another library.

Represent is a pilot program to add content to the Libraries’ collections that reflects the diversity of UNLV and represents the cultures, histories, and lived experiences of the UNLV Community.

How can I participate?

Represent is a collection selected by the UNLV community, so all members of the community are encouraged to submit suggestions.

Suggestions accepted from February 27 - March 31. 2023.

 

For books the preference will be to acquire eBook format unless otherwise indicated.
This will route the form results to the appropriate liaison librarian.
